Executive Lets can offer both Landlords & Tenants an outstanding and friendly service.

Executive Lets will endevour to provide landlords with a free professional valuation, including guidance & assistance with decorating & furnishing the properties to a high standard. Written valuations for mortgage purposes can also be provided on request. Advice to landlords is given on the buy-to-let investments.

We offer all types of property including studio flats, luxury apartments, conversions, terraced houses, town houses, semi's and detached houses all ranging from £400.00 per calendar month to £4,000.00 per calendar month. All of the properties we let are of a good quality and are compliant with the latest legislation and guidelines.

We are also members of the TDS (The Dispute Service). This means that we are accountable for our service levels, our systems are regulated and our client’s money is fully protected giving our landlords and tenants peace of mind.
